The Italian police have confiscated 14 tons of synthetic drugs produced in Syria by terrorist group Islamic State. These are amphetamines in the form of 84 million captagon pills.
“We know that IS mainly finances its own terrorist activities through the trade of synthetic drugs produced in Syria. In recent years, the country has become the main producer of amphetamines,” said the Italian police.
