Israeli occupation army spokesman Daniel Hagari claimed that the occupation army forces are continuing their operations in Gaza and are disinfecting the Shifa Hospital area.
The Israeli occupation army spokesman continued during a press conference on Wednesday: “We found military equipment, intelligence materials, and an operational center in Al-Shifa Hospital.”
The Israeli occupation army spokesman added: “Hamas used Al-Shifa and Al-Rantisi Hospital for terrorist operations, and we will continue to expose this to the world.”
The Israeli occupation army spokesman noted: “Our forces continue to search Al-Shifa Hospital in search of other materials and weapons.”
The Israeli occupation army spokesman claimed: “Al-Rantisi Hospital in Gaza was used in terrorist acts, and we will continue to expose Hamas terrorism from within hospitals, and work around the clock to return the kidnapped people, and carry out a specific operation in Al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza.”
For his part, the director of the Shifa Complex, Dr. Muhammad Abu Salima, said that the occupation forces have now left the complex.
Dr. Muhammad Abu Salima, Director of Al-Shifa Medical Complex, continued in statements to Al-Jazeera that the occupation has withdrawn from the complex, but tanks and forces are completely stationed in its vicinity.
According to Palestinian journalists present in the vicinity of the complex, the occupation has withdrawn from the specialist building, and has not withdrawn from the hospital and is present in front of its gates, and the sounds of gunfire in front of the front gate continue.
Earlier, Dr. Muhammad Abu Salima, Director of Al-Shifa Medical Complex, said today, Wednesday, that the occupation forces interrogated a number of medical staff members in Al-Shifa Complex and arrested two engineers working at the complex.
Abu Salima explained in statements to Al Jazeera Mubasher that the sick, wounded, and medical staff in the Shifa Complex receive one meal throughout the day, stressing that they are in constant contact with international organizations, but to no avail.
The director of the largest medical complex in the Gaza Strip indicated that there is very intense bombing at the present time near Al-Shifa Hospital.
