Case defamation a husband by his wife being investigated by the police. The reporter suspected a provocateur, so his wife told people that his bird was small and lackluster.
The reporting party is HF (48), a resident of Sumberasih District, Probolinggo Regency. Meanwhile, the reported is PM (46), a resident of Gending District.
This allegation was conveyed by HF’s lawyer, Siti Zuroidah Amperawati SH. According to him there was no wind or waves, suddenly his client’s wife committed defamation. Namely telling people that the client’s bird is small and lackluster.
“The client said there was a third party or provocateur for the act of action defamation of his good name. Because there was no previous problem with his wife, “said Siti, Friday (16/10/2020).
