Superstar Cristiano Ronaldo addressed his fans with a cryptic message on Monday evening – and in the process posed puzzles.

The Portuguese took this as an opportunity to justify himself to his fans. “The life and career of every top player is made up of ups and downs. Year after year we face fantastic teams, with exceptional players and ambitious goals, so we always have to do our best to stay at the top level”, he starts the post on Instagram.
The 36-year-old then congratulated champions Inter Milan, but also emphasized that “we appreciate everything that we have achieved at Juventus this season.”

“I am very lucky to have won the Italian Super Cup, the Italian Cup and the Serie A top scorer trophy, mainly because of the difficulty of getting them in a country where nothing is easy to win,” said Ronaldo.
“I have already said that I am not chasing records, records are chasing me,” added the superstar.

In the past few days, CR7 has been linked with a move to his youth club Sporting Lisbon and with his ex-club Manchester United, among other things.
