Manchester City hit by a storm injured before the visit to Manchester United of Premier League Cup. Man City cannot play a pure attacker yet.
Manchester City will travel to Old Trafford on Thursday (7/1/2021) early morning WIB in the Premier League Cup semi-final match. The defending champion lost a lot of players ahead of this match.
Gabriel Jesus and Kyle Walker infected COVID-19. Then Ferran Torres, Ederson, and Eric Garcia were still on the sidelines with injuries, while Aymeric Laporte, Nathan Ake, and Sergio Aguero not fit yet.
The conditions of Jesus and Aguero, which cannot yet be played, make Pep Guardiola have to rack his brains again. In the previous match against Chelsea, he outsmarted the absence of a pure striker by playing Kevin de Bruyne in that position.
Guardiola calls the option De Bruyne or Bernardo Silva for the front line position Manchester City.

De Bruyne performed well in the last match against Chelsea, scoring one goal and one assist with Manchester City won 3-1.
