Irfan Bachdim and PSS Sleman officially separated. Bachdim, who has been contracted by PSS since 2020, admitted that this decision was very difficult.
“This is a difficult decision. Leaving friends, it is also very painful for me. But I have to follow my heart and live what makes me happy,” said Bachdim quoted from his personal Instagram, Friday (8/10/2021).
However, the former Ventforet Kofu player had a reason why he had to leave Super Elja. According to him, family factors are the main consideration.
The 33-year-old cannot be away from his family. Especially with the competition League 1 nowadays the intensity of meeting with his wife and children is greatly reduced.
“For me, family is the most important thing in life. They are the biggest inspiration and motivation for me. And I don’t feel comfortable when they can’t be with me for a long time,” he explained.
