Irene worked with Jorna years ago Own Home & Garden, in the time of Rob and Nico, and later with Life & Cooking. “What had been conceived by decor designers, she completed with her personal touch. She was just good at her profession and also a sweetheart. Very sad that she is no longer here”, the presenter tells RTL Boulevard.

Rob Verlinden has also responded with sadness to the death of his former colleague. “A beautiful person has passed away”, the famous gardener says from his holiday address in Spain.
Jorna was a familiar face on SBS6 Saturday afternoon for over twelve years. She presented the television program together with Rob Verlinden Rob’s Large Garden Renovation, in which she appeared as an interior designer and stylist. Before that she worked for years behind the scenes, on television programs such as Own Home & Garden and Life & Cooking.

Jorna died after a short illness. She leaves behind her son Twan and great love Dennis. The family has said goodbye in private.
