The YouTube channel comes to this conclusion iAppleBytes after testing. They performed a Geekbench 4 battery test on seven different iPhone models. All kinds of demanding apps are executed here. After the tests, the iPhone SE from 2016 turned out to be the only device where the battery life did not deteriorate after iOS 13.6.
Still, it is not inconceivable that the battery will get better with some iPhone users after iOS 13.6. After iOS 13.5.1, some users were experiencing an issue involving apps kept running continuously in the background. Especially Apple Music seemed the culprit. There is also good news: Apple seems to be tackling battery life. The same tests have also been performed on devices running on a test version of iOS 14. Compared to iOS 13.6, the iPhone SE 2020 battery lasted half an hour longer. This also applied to the iPhone 11.
