Under which OS is your iPhone?Well, I’ll tell you: unfortunately you won’t be able to use your iPhone again without deleting all your data. But if you made an iTunes / Finder backup of your iPhone, you will be able to restore the backup to it after erasing all data. The same bullshit happened to me with an old iPod touch, so I unfortunately had to erase everything … To do this you must proceed as here (you need a computer on the other hand).
PS: this will not affect the SIM card, it will just be your data (photos, contacts, apps …) that will be erased.
