iPhone 11 - My corrector has gone crazy

I have a super annoying problem with my corrector:

He is convinced, among other stupid corrections that they make, that it is necessary to replace s’un by s’un and one by s’une.

I specify that I reset the keyboard settings that has changed absolutely nothing !!

I even had all settings reset, same problem on restart …

I can’t take it anymore, it’s unbearable. I tried everything to stop it but nothing worked …
