Inzaghi’s Inter Entertain Fans

Milan

Inter Milan indeed transformed into a formidable team below Antonio Conte and won Serie A. But, the Nerazzurri Simone Inzaghi even more entertaining fans.

Inter ended their 11-year Italian league title drought last season with Conte, while ending Juventus’ dominance. Inter last season performed tergginas in the second half of the season and successfully passed AC Milan as winter champions.

One of Inter’s strengths under Conte is that they appear disciplined and have a defense that is so solid that it is difficult for opponents to penetrate. Inter counter-attack fronted by Achraf Hakimi and Romelu Lukaku.

However, Conte’s departure after Inter became champions changed the plans for this season. Inter had to find a new coach and Simone Inzaghi, whose contract with Lazio had just ended.

After Conte left, Hakimi and Lukaku left Inter, so Inzaghi had to rack his brains to find the best composition. Had limped in the first two months and left quite far from AC Milan and Napoli, Inter recently stepped on the gas.

Since being matched by AC Milan on November 7, Inter have won their last seven Serie A games, including six straight clean sheets. There were a total of 17 goals scored in that time.

Inter also won the winter with 46 points, four points ahead of AC Milan at the end of this year’s break. The loss of Hakimi and Lukaku was covered by other players, including Edin Dzeko and Hakan Calhanoglu who immediately appeared.

Inter Milan be the sharpest team with 49 goals and conceded only 15 goals, second best after Napoli with 14 goals. Inzaghi also admitted that La Beneamata currently makes fans happier because they are able to appear entertaining.

“I was even satisfied when we were still far from the top of the table in October. Because when I met the fans in the middle of the city, they said they were satisfied with our style of play, entertained when it came to the stadium. It’s a big compliment for a coach, ” said Simone Inzaghi from Football-Italia.

“I even said that to my staff and I was convinced from the first training session in July that we could do something great.”

“Modern football is more about using space. So I give the players the freedom to decide when to act. Now with the crowd back in the stadium, the coach can only give instructions quickly to the players.”

“We can manage how to defend and attack the team, with videos and so on, but the final decision is in the players.”
