Transfers between banks using the BI FAST service are easier and cheaper. Because the transfer fee is only IDR 2,500 per transaction.
But when can BI-FAST be used?
BCA President Director, Jahja Setiaatmadja said that the company was a bank that participated in the first phase.
Today BCA has added an interbank transfer service, namely BI FAST on the myBCA channel website version [https://mybca.bca.co.id/]In the future, BI-Fast service will also soon be implemented in the myBCA application for IOS & Android users.
With BI-FAST service, customers can easily make transfers to interbank accounts online which are available 24 hours 7 days a week. This service will also be developed on other BCA channels in stages.
BI Fast is an adequate innovation in encouraging the modernization of Bank Indonesia’s SKN and retail payment system infrastructure.
“BCA certainly welcomes the enthusiasm of BI-FAST modern infrastructure organized by Bank Indonesia, which continuously strengthens innovation, efficiency and resilience of the National Payment System infrastructure in line with other developed countries. We believe this innovation is relevant and can accommodate the needs of the community, especially banking customers,” he said in a press release Friday (12/24/2021).
For information, transactions on BCA digital channels during the pandemic increased rapidly. BCA’s internet banking transactions grew by 29% YoY to 1.09 billion transactions in the third quarter of 2021, while BCA’s mobile banking transactions jumped 55% YoY to 2.64 billion in the third quarter of 2021.
