During the 2022-2023 season, US Forbach Football finished third in the championship of Regional 1, Pool B. The players of Moselle-Est were preceded by Thionville Lusitanos, untouchable, and the Meurthe-et-Mosellans of Villerupt – Thil. No accession to National 3 therefore. Maybe it will be for next season.

Intense recruitment

But the challenge will be difficult for this 2023-2024 season, which will resume in a month. With six runs per pool and only one accession to N3 for the first of the three R1 groups, this 2023-2024 season promises to be terrible. It will be necessary to be well armed and above all not to experience the slightest slump.

Also, the leaders of the US Forbach were very active during this transfer window. Recruitment has been intense. Five new players have signed with the Blues. There are also five players returning to the club after adventures in other colors last season(s). Nine recruits to play the leading roles in Regional 1.

Forbachois by birth, after hitting his first balls in Farébersviller, Samir evolved at USF from 2009 to 2021, climbing the ranks with great consistency. Until becoming a part of the pennant team in R1. From then on, solicited by several clubs, he chose to continue his progress at Sarre-Union. He returns to his training club with ambition and desire.
