UNIAN is broadcasting online what is happening in Mariupol today.
Mariupol was virtually completely destroyed by Russian forces after the start of a full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
Chronicle of the war in Mariupol as of May 3, 2022:
07:00 – On May 3, the evacuation from Mariupol blocked by the Russians is scheduled for 7 am – the assembly point of the Lunacharsky ring near Berdyansk.
“Officially. Evacuation. With the support of the UN and the Red Cross, the evacuation of the civilian population has been agreed for tomorrow. The collection point is the Lunachar ring near Berdyansk. Beginning at 7:00,” the Mariupol City Council said in a statement.
As UNIAN reported, May 1 evacuation of the civilian population beganwhich was in the shelter of the Azovstal enterprise in Mariupol.
