Instagram is primarily a mobile platform. This is expressed in the fact that many functions are only available via the app for Android and Apple iOS. But gradually you loosen up the whole thing a bit. For example, direct messages are now also available on the PC. Now there are new messages that predict that the possibility to publish articles on the desktop will soon be available.
This is currently not possible: You cannot publish photos or videos from your PC. If it is up to the Twitter leaker Alessandro Paluzzi, that may change in the foreseeable future:

This option is currently only being tested internally. Whether and when Instagram will be widely distributed is currently in the stars. Many users would certainly be happy about it.
