Behind this project, there is Mohamed Laâziz Kadiri, Mr. Africa of the CGEM. In his capacity as president of LK Invest, an investment and consulting company created in Morocco, he has accompanied large groups and collaborated with several African heads of state including the former president of Madagascar, Hery Rajaonarimampianina and the current president of Senegal, Macky Sall.
In addition to Laâziz Kadiri, reference shareholder through LK Invest, the funding of Morocco Cruise Line is made up of AEM Holding (owned by the El Moutie family, specialist in urban transport through the City Bus group) and Sidi Mohamed Majid Idrissi, former director of the Hassan II Foundation for the social works of former soldiers.
