The cabinet is now even considering temporarily receiving asylum seekers on cruise ships off the Dutch coast. Another decision that the government has taken is to make it easier for the Central Agency for the Reception of Asylum Seekers (COA) to purchase buildings for housing.

But all (emergency) measures that have been taken so far do not help the situation that too many migrants are simply entering our small country. The only real solution is to turn off the tap…
