A digital pass for movement in the Moscow region can be obtained by SMS or telephone hotline, according to website regional government. The system of electronic passes in the suburbs is launched on April 15. You can issue it from Monday, April 13.
“Those who do not have an account on the RPGU portal (public services portal of the Moscow region .— “B”), to obtain a pass, they will be able to call the hotline 8-800-550-50-30 or send an SMS to 0250 short number, ”the message says.
In Moscow, Mayor Sergei Sobyanin, on the eve of the decree, introduced a pass-through system of electronic codes for trips around the capital and out of town in personal cars, in taxis and public transport. Between Moscow and the Moscow region there will be a “roaming” of digital passes: Muscovites will operate in the region and vice versa
Over the last day in Russia, 2186 new cases of COVID-19 coronavirus were recorded in 52 regions. The total number of infected reached 15 770 people. Most infected in Moscow – their number exceeded 10 thousand, in the suburbs – 1360.
