JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV – Marzuki Alie, together with five senior Democratic Party cadres who were dismissed, realized their steps legally.
The legal step taken by Marzuki Alie was filing a lawsuit against the Chairman of the Democratic Party, Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY), at the Central Jakarta District Court.
The lawsuit has been registered on the official website of the Central Jakarta District Court, with case number 147 / Pdt.G / 2021 / PN Jkt.Pst.
In this civil case, six cadres were fired. Namely Marzuki Alie, Darmizal, Tri Yulianto, Achmad Yahya, Yus Sudarso, and Syofwatillah Mohzaib.
While there are three people as defendants. Namely AHY as general chairman, Secretary General of the Democratic Party Teuku Riefky Harsya, and Chairman of the Honorary Council of the Democratic Party Hinca Pandjaitan.
In his lawsuit, Marzuki Alie Cs asked the panel of judges to cancel the Decree of the Democratic Party’s Honorary Council which declared their dismissal.
Marzuki Alie Cs also asked the panel of judges to declare the defendants committed an illegal act.
