Culiacan.- The Ministry of Health (Ssa) reports 14,442 confirmed cases and 2,533 deaths from coronavirus this Friday, what 121 new patients and 25 deaths caused by the SARS-Cov2 virus (Covid-19) are added. The engine of the pandemic continues to be concentrated in Culiacán with the contribution of more patients.
In the August 14 report, the figures show a decrease of 7 active patients in the last 24 hours, a total of 701 active cases of coronavirus and 1,416 suspects remained that are in Ahome, El Fuerte, Culiacán, Escuinapa, Guasave, Mazatlán, Salvador Alvarado, Sinaloa, Navolato, Angostura, Mocorito, Elota, Rosario, Concordia, Choix, Badiraguato, San Ignacio and Cosalá.

The indicator of new cases is at 121, two less coronavirus patients, than positive in the laboratory test. The Covid-19 pandemic is active and the origin of these patients with this disease is: Culiacán 71, Mazatlán 23, Guasave 15, Navolato 4, Salvador Alvarado 3, Badiraguato 2, Angostura 2 and Concordia 1.
The indicators of the health status of Covid-19 patients are maintained this August 13 and 14 with 36.1% of active hospitalized patients and 11.8% of seriously ill in intensive care. Most correspond to people over 60 years of age who have developed other diseases before.
The number of recovered patients reaches 11 thousand 208 coronavirus patients and it is reported that 103 more are added who managed to defeat the disease and are from Culiacán 47, Mazatlán 28, Ahome 14, Guasave 4, Navolato 3, Escuinapa 3, Cosalá 2 and Sinaloa 1.
As for the deaths have accumulated 2,533 deaths as of August 14, and this day 25 new deaths were reported in: Culiacán 7, Ahome 5, Guasave 5, Mazatlán 4, Sinaloa 1, Escuinapa 1, Angostura 1 and Mocorito 1.
The deaths correspond 7 women and 18 men with diabetes and hypertension, who presented complications until presenting a critical picture and requiring beds with a mechanical ventilator, which was impossible to save their lives, in ages 23 to 88 years.
