The decision of 6 July of the administrative court of Montreuil brings smiles and hope to foreigners residing in Seine-Saint-Denis looking for a residence permit or naturalization. In the wake of the Council of State’s request for the same reason, the court orders the prefecture to offer an alternative solution to making appointments via the Internet, breaking with the “everything online”, established in 2017 in the department to put an end to the endless lines in front of the counters.
