MOSCOW, Sept. 15 – RIA Novosti. When preparing the General Agreement between the all-Russian associations of trade unions, employers and the government for 2021-2023, it is planned to discuss the introduction of the concept of the minimum hourly wage rate, they write “Notifications“with reference to the text of the document. As reported to the publication in the Federation of Independent Trade Unions (FNPR), the initiative came from the Cabinet. IN Ministry of Labor told that the department is ready for a dialogue on this issue, and stressed that the new concept should complement the minimum wage and not reduce the guarantees set for workers. The draft agreement is currently under discussion, it is planned to be prepared by the end of October. It is assumed that the new document will determine the main directions of the activities of the Russian Trilateral Commission for the Regulation of Social and Labor Relations, the article notes. Earlier, the FNPR proposed to separate the concepts of “remote” and “remote” work, and for the first one even single out a separate chapter of the Labor Code. The Federation proposes to define “remote work” as “the temporary performance of a labor function defined by an employment contract outside a stationary workplace.”

Bad idea. Unicorns cannot calm down in any way. Itching they have more nasty things to do. Raising the retirement age is not enough for them. This story benefits employers, not employees. Whatever they say there.

You also need a maximum hourly wage rate. So that it does not exceed the minimum by more than 10 times. Except for commercial organizations.
