The Duclair sector, 20-25 minutes from Rouen, on the West exit, is very popular, as are Saint-Martin-de-Boscherville, Montigny and Roumare. To the north of the city, we can target municipalities such as Isneauville, Houppeville or Quincampoix which are also in high demand. To the east, it is interesting to explore towns such as Bonsecours, Le Mesnil-Esnard and Franqueville-Saint-Pierre. In the second ring, I would say Saint-Jacques-sur-Darnétal and Saint-Martin-du-Vivier. To the south of Rouen, one can turn, beyond the Jardin des Plantes district, to towns such as Sotteville-lès-Rouen, Saint-Étienne-du-Rouvray, Oissel and Grand-Quevilly. In the third ring, Bourgtheroulde or the town of Essarts are also sought after.
