In Mulhouse, still many people for this second demonstration against the health pass

Between 3,500 and 5,000 people, depending on the time, the demonstration of opponents of the health pass was once again very popular in Mulhouse, as part of an apparently more structured organization.

At the microphone, the organizers boast about the absence of political parties, and wonder about the invisibility of unions, while the central unions have in truth started to step up to defend jobs threatened as a result of the exclusionary logic of the past sanitary.

And that a column published by Release, bringing together many associative, political and union structures, denounces the anti-social nature of the health pass, under the title “Refuse the health bill and social regressions“.

After meeting in the Square de la Bourse, the crowd set off in procession towards the station, then took rue de la Montagne to go to the Émile Muller public hospital, in support of the nursing staff threatened with dismissal. from September 15, in application of the vaccination obligation applied to public hospital employees, as well as to all workers under private law (therefore non-civil servants), subject to the Labor Code.

The long line, more or less elastic depending on the location, then headed for the parking lot for the hospital staff, at the same place where the army mobile hospital unit was located, in April 2020. , in a context where the emergency services of the Mulhouse public establishment, already weakened by a structural lack of resources for years, could no longer face the epidemic wave.

As the crowd calmly took possession of the place, carers appeared on the canopies on the side of a building, waving their arms at the protesters in solidarity.

Speeches followed. A nurse who served in a covid care unit expresses her dismay, reading her text from her phone. She cries, and tells how much she loves her job. Two of her colleagues console her by his side, while she claims to have given everything to treat the sick.

Not far away, a young man, visibly upset, weeps bitterly, thanking the staff by holding up his sign in front of the white coats waving him away from the wing of the building.

A man speaks to expose the interest of theivermective, while it is said that there is no way to fight the epidemic apart from the vaccine. An old and generic molecule, used in many countries around the world, including Slovakia and the Czech Republic within the European Union, and which the Pasteur Institute has just deemed worthy of interest from an animal model.

Prophylactic advice is still given, and everyone promises to meet again next week before returning to the city center …
