“I drove slowly, 20 kilometers, maximum 30 per hour. And yet I drove into a very deep hole,” the man told reporters.
The impact in the car triggered an airbag, due to which Grebenyuk knocked out an eye and two teeth, and also scratched his face.
To the place of the emergency, he called doctors and the police. However, as the victim said, law enforcement officers blamed Dmitry himself for the incident.
“They said that I went without making sure that the route was safe,” Grebenyuk said.
The man intends to challenge the protocol in court.
