The government intends to make such a decision on Monday.
According to the Minister, no more than ten people will be allowed to participate in children’s education and sports classes in Tallinn, Harju and Austrumviru counties at the same time.
No more than 400 people are allowed to visit theaters and cinemas, but in Tallinn, Harju and Austrumviru counties the halls must not be more than 50 percent full.
Up to 500 people will be able to participate in outdoor events, Lukas has indicated.
According to the Estonian Department of Health, the 14-day cumulative number of Covid-19 cases per 100,000 population on November 20 in Estonia is 253.5. According to the European Center for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC), this figure is 245.39.
