In Chernigov, a 56-year-old man will appear before the court, who was suspected in sexual abuse of minors… He allegedly filmed his crimes.
The indictment against the Chernihiv resident has already been sent to the Desnyanskiy district court of the city, they said in press service regional prosecutor’s office on Tuesday, December 14.
The criminal acts were committed by the accused within three years – from 2018. During this time, girls under 20 became its victims. The youngest of them is only 13.
The investigation found that a 56-year-old man probably raped girls between 17 and 20 years old, there were three such episodes, and twice he allegedly had sex with a 15-year-old girl. Also, the prosecutor’s office believes that there were acts of a sexual nature against a 13-year-old girl. The man filmed the facts of abuse of the victims on video and stored the footage on different devices. The shooting took place in secret.
Law enforcement officers found out that all the victims were in difficult family circumstances. The accused got to know them, offered to clean the house for money… Further away from him there was an offer to girls to have sex with him. For this, he allegedly also offered money, and also applied physical and psychological coercion to the victims.
The man was arrested in July 2021. Since that time, he has been in a pre-trial detention center. He is charged under Part 2, 3 of Art. 152, part 6 of Art. 153 of the Criminal Code, h.h. 1, 2 tbsp. 155, part 1 of Art. 301-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
We are talking about rape, committing violent acts of a sexual nature against a young girl, having sexual intercourse with a minor and deliberately possessing child pornography. The man is threatened punishment from 15 years to life imprisonment.
Let’s remind: in December 2021 in Chernigov another 56-year-old man was detained, who was suspected of encouraging children to create intimate photographs and videos. The youngest of the girls is 10 years old. He allegedly gave the child a phone and demanded to take intimate photos. The girl’s friends were involved in this.
