The accident happened in the Brazilian state of Minas Gerais on Saturday around noon local time. Several boats set out for the lake, surrounded by rocks and gorges, which is a popular tourist destination due to its beautiful nature. Tourists suddenly noticed stones on one of them starting to fall from the rock. They called, so the people in the boats were closer to the rocks to warn them. However, they did not have time to go when a block several meters high crashed, as can be seen in the footage taken by the mobile phone.
