In Aktau, young specialists developed their project

news-id-116836" style="display:inline;">First, teachers were trained in the “Project Management” program by mentor, trainer, coach Fatima Salkynbaeva on developing a project and managing its implementation. During the training, the relevance of choosing a project, its types and fundamentals, rules and directions taken into account when writing a project was voiced. As a result, young specialists divided into 5 groups and developed their own project. They decided to implement the project inside the school.

One of the young specialists who took part in the training was Akmaral Alibekkyzy, a chemistry teacher from the Shakhty school. She chose the “Young Researchers” direction, outlining her goals and objectives.

– In my opinion, the “Young Managers” school is well thought out. Teachers must not only teach, but also engage in various projects. Thanks to trainer Fatima Salkynbaeva, we are learning project management and applying it in practice. The project proposed by our group is “Young Researchers”. Our goal is the effective use of funds and opportunities provided by the state for the development of science. And for this it is necessary to promote the scientific work of students and increase their interest. I think that today’s teachers’ project will instill in children a love of science,” says young specialist Akmaral Alibekkyzy.

It should be noted that previously young specialists received knowledge in the areas of “Image of a leader”, “Grant. Contest. Project” and “Financial Management”.
