Since May 11, the guild health insurance company has successively opened its service center in Bavaria and is offering personal advice at more and more locations in Bavaria. Customers can also find out whether a service center is already open at www.ikk-classic.de.
At the same time, all other communication channels such as telephone, email and post are still available. In the IKK online branch and the IKK service app, insured persons can submit their AU certificates online as usual, request reimbursement of costs and use other services.
