Ice cube basket stuck in Samsung fridge factory

Bonjour,

I have a Samsung RSE8KPPR1 American fridge which has a lot of problems.

I have already changed the electronic card twice, I even have another new one that I have already replaced. I have had a cold problem on the refrigerator side for a long time (defrost resistance to be changed) but this is not the origin of my question since on the freezer side, everything is fine.

A few days ago I had a problem with the ice cube basket. It got stuck in the ice cube emptying position, it made a clicking noise. I opened the tray, dismantled the basket and everything was back to normal. However I broke the leg that holds the motor that spins the basket. I put a screw in to replace this leg, it worked for 2 days and went back.

There, it’s been a week since the noise of clicking comes back, every 10 minutes, the basket tries to return to its initial position. As long as I do not remove the tray to tamper with the basket, it does not return to its position and the water does not flow (fortunately)
Removing the tray and moving the basket slightly, it returns to its position and the water fills the ice basket well.

It’s when you put the ice cubes in the tray that it starts again!

So being quite handy, I would like to know if you have an exploded view of this ice cube maker.

I wonder if the basket is properly wedged. At the end of the basket there are 2 kinds of plastic nipples, one nipple is used to block the basket (too bad I can’t attach a photo) Logically, the 2nd nipple is used to block the basket when it places the ice cubes . Except that there, I realize that the basket is blocked before the nipple (in the hole just before)

Is there not a washer or a kind of wedge at the end of this basket?
I have the impression that the basket fits deeper than before. (where can be these clicks) It seems not to arrive at the end of the race. Suddenly the engine forces and goes to safety. 10 minutes later, he tries the operation again and it starts again.
(It’s nice in the middle of the night, it wakes up the whole house)

Thank you all in advance for your insights.
