Hyundai replaces the new Creta owned by consumers destroyed after an accident

Accidents really can happen to anyone, the accident was unexpected. If you’ve been involved in an accident, it’s clear that it’s a long story. Not to mention the condition of the car is badly damaged, obviously the owner has to pay extra to make the repairs.

But that didn’t happen to the owner of this Hyundai Creta. The owner named Mutia Ramadhanti had an accident on Cibubur toll road last October. “The accident occurred in the Cibubur toll area on October 8, 2022. After the accident, the first thing I did was press the SOS/Emergency Assistance button on my Creta unit. Soon after, Hyundai contacted me immediately via Hyundai Bluelink connected to the car’s head unit and confirmed the incident occurred,” Mutia said in a press release received by detikOto.

“About 30 minutes after being contacted, the tow truck sent by Hyundai arrived at the scene and my car was immediately transported to the nearest Hyundai dealership. On the way to the dealership, the Hyundai call center contacted me again to check the situation has been adequately resolved. In my opinion, Hyundai’s process is very responsive and prioritizes the safety of its customers,” he explained again.

Yes, through the New Creta Replacement Warranty Program there is a guarantee of replacement of a new car with the same type, color and specification if the Hyundai Creta car is at least 75% damaged where this program is valid for a year from the delivery date of the vehicle.
