The international competition judging panel includes Japanese director Naomi Kawase as head of the jury, cinematographer Nancy Abdel Fattah from Egypt, actress Swara Bhaskar from India, Egyptian composer Rageh Daoud, actress Stefania Cassini from Italy and director Joaquín Del Paso. from Mexico, and actor Samir Qawasmi, from France.
The International Critics’ Week competition includes writer Ben Sharrock from the UK, Egyptian actor Karim Kassem and critic Hoda Ibrahim from France Clothes Reem El Adl, from Egypt.
The short film competition jury also includes director Michelangelo Framartino from Italy, who heads the competition jury, producer and screenwriter Ahmed Amer from Egypt, and actress Reem Turki from France/Tunisia. Award, includes Egyptian actor Ahmed Magdy, programmer Dorota Lech from Poland and actress Nour from Lebanon.
