Apart from the flexible Mat X3 and the Huawei P60 Pro flagship phone, which you can read our review about, Huawei also presented a new line of watches in Munich Huawei Watch 4. It includes two models – Huawei Watch 4 and Huawei Watch 4 Pro and brings other interesting improvements to the segment.

The watch will try to compete with the best on the market, which is matched by the materials. The Pro variant boastst TC4 titanium alloy body, which is supposed to be up to 3 times more durable than classic titanium, the basic Huawei Watch 4 will then offer a stainless steel body. He also brags 1.5-inch AMOLED panel with LTPO technology and sapphire glass, Always-On is a matter of course. A bunch of planetary dials can be interesting, there is of course the Earth, Mars, Jupiter or even Saturn.

In terms of durability, both models have value 5ATM and thanks to eSIM, you can communicate with them even without a mobile phone. Athletes will appreciate more than 100 training modesfrom the health functions it is worth mentioning the monitoring of the heart rate, SpO2, but perhaps also minute overview of health statuswhich will clearly provide you with data on heart rate, blood oxygenation, skin temperature, stress, respiratory conditions, EKG and also arterial stiffness.

While we were used to long battery life with previous models, here it no longer stands out from its competitors. The Huawei Watch 4 should last about 3 days on a single charge, the Pro version about 4.5 days. In power saving mode, the duration is extended to 14 or 21 days, respectively.

Price starts at 450 euros (about 10,600 crowns) in the case of the Huawei Watch 4 with a fluoroelastomer strap, the high-end Huawei Watch 4 Pro with a titanium strap will come out at 700 euros, i.e. about 16,500 crowns.
