Huawei has just shared sample results from its latest camera for its upcoming flagship smartphone, the P50 Pro. Yes! The Chinese tech giant shared an example of the photo via its official Weibo account. As we have heard, the smartphone will be launched later this year.

This sample photo from the HUAWEI P50 Pro smartphone camera shows two men in a fencing match. Looking at the images, it’s clear that Huawei is not just trying to highlight the P50 Pro’s camera capabilities to capture more detailed images.

From the example of the fencing match photo, the P50 Pro smartphone camera is able to capture well a person who is moving and also shows the ability to capture still objects. In addition, the post also provides a description that reads “Fun moments, every second counts.”

Furthermore, the description also adds a July 29 launch date for the flagship series and highlights the device’s ability to capture “Every defining moment.” Talking about the camera of the HUAWEI P50 Pro, it was previously reported that the device will arrive with four cameras on the back.

Some leaks say that the HUAWEI P50 Pro will be equipped with a main lens with a Sony IMX800 sensor, which will be accompanied by an OmniVision OVA64A sensor, a 5x periscope lens, and a ToF sensor. In addition, the official teaser from Huawei also reveals that the smartphone will still be supported with lenses from Leica.

Yes! Right inside the rear camera module, Huawei will embed the words “VARIO-SUMMILUX-H1:1.8-3.4/18-125ASPH”. This indicates that the device will come with a Vario Summilux lens from Leica with an aperture between f/1.8 and f/3.4.

There are still a few days before the launch of the HUAWEI P50 series. Of course, we hope that Huawei will reveal more about its flagship smartphone, including its design, screen and camera support and some of its specifications. What do you think?
