Last year, the Huawei The Mate 40 series is one of the most versatile flagship series ever built and its Mate 40 RS version is something you would like to hold. And now, Huawei has put a special discount on the Mate 40 RS Porsche Design for consumers.
The official Huawei channel on Jingdong (JD) in China is offering a special price on the Mate 40 RS Porsche Design flagship. JD has again listed this phone for 9900 yuan, or 10999 yuan for the 8GB + 256GB variant for daily consumers. Admittedly, the 1099 yuan discount is worth something consumers might want to give away for this Kirin 9000 5G-enabled flagship.
Launched in 2020, the Huawei Mate 40 series comes with 12GB + 256GB and 12GB + 512GB memory versions. These variants are priced at 11999 and 12999 yuan respectively.

The Huawei Mate 40 RS Porsche Design sports a 6.75-inch OLED display with 90Hz refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling rate and FHD+ resolution. The phone is powered by Kirin 9000 with octa-core Octa-core architecture (1 x Cortex-A77 @ 3.13GHz + 3 x Cortex-A77 @ 2.54GHz + 4 x Cortex-A55 @ 2.05GHz) . The chipset also features a 24-core Mali-G78 GPU which provides an immersive graphical user experience.
There is also a Big Core + Tiny Core dual NPU (neural network processing unit) to run AI tasks smoothly. The phone comes with EMUI 11 pre-installed, but it was later upgraded to HarmonyOS operating system in China. While its global version is now upgradable via EMUI 12 software.
