The format of the project does not allow to interrupt the show because coronavirus pandemic and give out to all the figurines of the winners. In Brazil, Spain and some other countries, the shows were frozen, but we decided to continue – too many people loved singing children. The seventh season of the children’s “Voices” continues on Channel One and preparations are underway for the most important stage – the final, which will take place on April 24 live.
Even at the stages of “Fights” and “Songs for the Departure”, it became clear who would compete for the victory in the final: Sofya Tumanova, Kristina Siller, Olesya Kazachenko, Sofya Loriet, Mirzhan Zhidebay and Artem Morozov.
However, according to the good old Russian tradition, “Voice.Children” helps those who are unlucky. Therefore, on April 17 there was an additional – saving – tour of the show. It was performed by children who went through fights, but did not make their way through the “Song to Fly”. These children got another chance to get to the finals. Here is who disputed the cherished trips:

From the team it was allowed to allow one additional vocalist to the finals. Good luck smiled on Ivan Kurgalin, Artem Fokin and Kirill Alexandrov.
Masks, gloves, antiseptic
An additional round, like the final, was also broadcast live, and in a situation of increased danger due to the coronavirus pandemic, the organizers had to make extraordinary efforts to protect children and all members of the group from infection. For the seven years of the life of the project, this was definitely not.
Unprecedented measures were taken for filming live: meticulous reorganization of rooms, microphones, chairs and everything that young artists and tutors touch.

Overalls for technical staff – masks, gloves and everything else.
Total minimization of the staff of the set. Usually crowds of people who have nothing to do with the process hang around on the site – this time the entrance was closed for them. Visit to the set – strictly by name badges with photos.
And – this is the first time in the show – the complete absence of viewers. Yes, health is more expensive than live applause.
At the same time, the children held full rehearsals in private with teachers. Mirzhan Zhidebay from Kazakhstan, the only foreigner from the Gagarina’s team in the final (“Gagara’s chicks”, as they call themselves), didn’t leave Moscow at all, because he wouldn’t be able to return if he managed to fly away. The borders of Russia are closed. Doctors at the site regularly checked the temperature of the participants in the filming process. The antiseptic flowed like a river.
The lack of spectators, of course, will to some extent affect the quality of the finale. Nevertheless, the “Voice” is famous for just the effect of live sound. The genuine emotions of the audience in the hall, applause and bestowal – all this inspires the artists. But let’s open a little secret: before each (and not only direct) broadcast in the project’s studio, there is a so-called general run – a rehearsal of the issue with a complete imitation of what happens later in real time. So the children will be ready for performances without an audience. In any case, there is nowhere to retreat – there was only one step left to victory.
