We will explain to you how to see the change history of your profile and your Instagram account, both from the website of the social network and from your mobile application. With this method, you will be able to see all the usernames that you have been configuring over the years, all the names and descriptions of your profile, or the websites that you have attached to it.
Over time, on social media we can make a lot of changes. We may regret some of them, so this method will help you remember usernames, personal names, and profile descriptions. Thus, if you want to recover any of the data that you had before, you can easily do it even if you have forgotten a description, or a specific font that you used.
Check the profile change history in the app
The first thing you have to do is go to Instagram and enter your user profile, the page where you see all your photos that you access by clicking on your profile image at the bottom. Once inside, press the botón menu button, and when the menu window opens click on the option Setting to enter Instagram settings.
Once inside the Instagram settings, you will see that all the options are organized in different sections. In the main menu, click on the section Security that you will appear in fifth place.

Within Access data, you will see a large number of options to see all the data that Instagram has about you. To see the full names, usernames, bio texts, and bio links you’ve had before, look for these options in section Profile information and click on the one you want to consult.
When you click on one of these options, you will go to a screen where you will see the history of changes of the parameter you have selected. This history will appear in plain text, which means that you can select and copy the text to paste it again, whether you want to recover the username or description in your profile or if you want to paste it into another app.
