When will the travel voucher be delivered?
The Act on the Polish Tourist Boon entered into force on July 18. The benefit in the form of a 500 plus tourist voucher will be granted for a child who is entitled to a child benefit or the Family 500 plus childcare allowance. Each child is entitled to one voucher in the amount of PLN 500. In the case of a disabled child – an additional voucher in the amount of PLN 500. The tourist voucher will be available for activation until the end of December 2021, so it will also apply to children born next year. The travel voucher can be used until the end of March 2022, it cannot be exchanged for any means of payment.

How to register at PUE ZUS for a 500 plus holiday voucher? The interest in the travel voucher is so great that ZUS launched a special hotline. For more information on the 500 plus holiday voucher, please call 22 11 22 111. – A special hotline can be used around the clock. - A 500 plus holiday voucher is waiting on the Electronic Services Platform (PUE) of ZUS.
- If you are an eligible person, log in to your profile at PUE ZUS (or register when you have not used the platform yet). A profile on PUE can be created, among others using a Trusted Profile and electronic banking

Tourist voucher: what we can spend 500 plus on
A travel voucher in the form of an electronic code can only be issued for holidays in Poland. 500 plus for holidays can be used to pay for holidays, hotel and other nights (e.g. on an agritourism farm), as well as summer camps and camps. Basic condition – the company from which we buy the tourist service must be registered in the Polish Tourist Voucher program and must be on the list of the Polish Tourist Organization.
How to pay with a travel voucher?
To pay with a 500 plus travel voucher for accommodation or a tourist event, you must provide a special number to the company or person accepting payment for this service. This is the number assigned to the voucher. Then enter a one-time authorization code. After paying with the voucher, we will receive an SMS confirmation.
Who is the travel voucher for?
For you, if on July 18, 2020 you are granted the right to:
–
- educational benefit, the so-called 500+;
- childcare allowance – an allowance in the amount of the childcare benefit for children placed in:
- foster family or the person who runs family orphanage,
- a care and educational facility (socialization, intervention or specialist-therapeutic type), in a care and therapy facility, in an interventional pre-adoption center,
- a family-type care and educational facility.
For you, if between July 19, 2020 and December 31, 2021 you acquire the right to:
- a childcare benefit for a child who was previously not entitled to this benefit or to a childcare allowance;
- a childcare allowance for a child who was not previously entitled to this allowance or to a childcare benefit.
For you, if you are outside Poland and:
- between July 1, 2019 and July 18, 2020, you submitted an application for a child benefit there, which was transferred to the voivode, and the voivode did not consider it until July 18, 2020;
- between 19 July 2020 and 31 December 2021, you will submit an application for a child benefit there, which will be transferred to the voivode and the voivode will not consider it during the period for which information about eligible persons is submitted;
- the voivode issued you a decision refusing the right to a child benefit in the form of a differential supplement.
