How to properly add capelin caviar to salad

The product should be the third layer of the dish from the top.

Let’s list the correct order of the Mimosa layers from bottom to top: grated boiled potatoes, canned fish with onions, grated baked carrots, capelin caviar, grated egg white, grated egg yolk.

As you can see, the caviar should be on the carrot layer. You will need the entire contents of a 100 gram jar. Distribute the product evenly using a spoon.

And do not forget about the importance of having an intermediate layer – mayonnaise. The white sauce should be between all the main layers.

But there is an exception: between carrots and caviar (as well as between caviar and protein) mayonnaise is not needed.
