The National Center for Mental Health Promotion presented steps to get rid of negative thoughts that some people may face, in addition to exploiting them to find scientific solutions to various problems.

The center explained that in order to get rid of negative thoughts, the bad side of things should not be overshadowed by seeing the positive side, while relying in expectations on the available actual and logical data, in addition to not blaming oneself.

He advised against generalizing by not making a negative situation lead to generalizing about all situations, in addition to looking at challenges as opportunities for development and searching for solutions instead of thinking about problems only.
