What is Instagram Notes feature?
On December 13, 2022, Instagram launched the Notes feature, a new way to share your thoughts with friends.
An Instagram note is a short SMS of up to 60 characters and lasts 24 hours after posting, just like Story. You and your mutual can see the notes at the top of the chat list.

How to fix Instagram Notes features not showing?
A notice: In the Instagram Notes features will be for many countries like US, UK, Europe and Japan, but each country is not applicable.
Way 1: Update Instagram
The easiest fix for Instagram notes not showing up is to update Instagram app to the latest version. Go to the App Store or play Store and search for Instagram. If you have the option To update next to the Instagram app, click on it to install the latest version of the app.
Then open the Instagram app and click on that Messengericon and verify that the grade is displayed. If it doesn’t work for you, try the next step.
Way 2: Switch to a professional account
If you switch to a professional account on Instagram, you can fix many problems with this app.
