How to Delete Android Phone Default Apps

Suara.com – Default Apps is application which is pre-installed on your smartphone and may not be desired.

They are often used by manufacturers to push their own applications and services.

While most bloatware won’t actually do anything harmful, these unwanted apps consume storage space and system resources that could be used by the apps they actually want to use.

From a security and privacy point of view, it’s a good idea to delete unused default apps. How you do that will depend on the phone you’re using.

In some cases, you may find a dozen or more apps that you don’t really want or need (though the manufacturers themselves will be interested in you trying).

To get rid of any app from your Android phone, go to Settings and select Apps and notifications, then View all apps.

If you’re sure you can do it without something, select the app and then select Uninstall to remove it.

In some cases, you won’t be able to remove the app completely because of the way the manufacturer has integrated it into its own version of Android.

If this is the case, look for an option labeled Disable instead of Uninstall—this will at least prevent apps from running, use vital system resources, and get in your way.

The process may vary slightly depending on the make and model of your phone and the version of Android you’re running.

But if you head over to the main Settings app, you should be able to delete or disable apps fairly easily, so your phone can be “lighter”.

As we have said, some Android phone makers will install apps that cannot be uninstalled through the usual methods.
