How to Apply for the Leadership Scholarship for Young Leaders of the Americas Offered by the United States

The team of selected fellows will spend four weeks working as guests in a company management program in the United States, the procedures of which will be implemented upon their return in their cities or communities. In addition, they will participate in different training tutorials, hold meetings with business leaders, government officials and experts in the area of ​​entrepreneurship and leadership.

The YLAI scholarship establishes some requirements that the subscribers of the call must meet. Among these are that applicants are between 25 and 35 years old, as of January 1, 2023. They must be residents and citizens of a participating country, they must also be eligible for the US J-1 visa. In addition, applicants must have a good track record of growing their business or company for at least two years. The applicant must have excellent reading, writing and speaking English. The Business Leadership Curriculum It consists of online and personal tutorial assistance, developed by the International Research and Exchange Board (or IREX) and Arizona State University, combining technical and business training and leadership development. Through the Emerging Leaders in the Americas Program (or E-LAP) program, members will achieve their corporate leadership goals.
