“House Representative George Santos Indicted on Financial Fraud Charges: Latest Updates”

The elected member of the American House of Representatives George Santos was arrested on Wednesday May 10 and charged with thirteen financial frauds, to which he pleaded not guilty.

Asked about the possible indictment of George Santos, Republican House Leader Kevin McCarthy said on Tuesday he would look “charges” before considering any kind of expulsion from Congress.
