After the Nations Cup with the French team in La Baule at the end of last week and before returning to Saint-Tropez in eight days, Simon Delestre is taking up residence in Madrid (Spain) from this Thursday for the Longines Global Champions Round. The rider from Solgne is engaged in this CSI5* with Dexter Fontenis Z and Tinka’s Hero Z. The two stages of GCL will take place on Friday and Saturday and the Grand Prix (1.60 m) is scheduled for Sunday at 5 p.m.

Nancy

The Jump’Est Nancy ends this weekend in Rosières-aux-Salines with the CSI2*, after the CSO Pro1, the CSI3* and the young horse competition on Monday and Tuesday. Of the 293 French entrants, there are a few Mosellens, the same as eight days ago for the 3* competition: Julia Dallamano (Pournoy-la-Chétive), Stéphanie Hennequin (Montrequienne), Loïc Astahoff (Luppy), Nicolas Houzelle (Fameck), Enzo, Jean-Philippe and Jules Chiarotto (Glatigny), Jean-Charles Grandmontagne (Les Étangs), Josselin Rozaire (Olgy) and Matthieu Schmitt (Peltre) as well as Guillaume Liccardi (Tucquenieux). The competition begins this Thursday at noon with the young horse events and ends on Sunday with the 2* Grand Prix (1.45m), for which seventy riders will have to qualify for one of the two 2* events. Thursday (1.40 m) or Friday (1.45 m).
