Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – The rupiah exchange rate against the United States (US) dollar strengthened in the middle rate of Bank Indonesia (BI). The rupiah is also green in trade spot market.
Today, Wednesday (2/12/2020), the BI middle rate or the reference rate of the Jakarta Interbank Spot Dollar Rate (Jisdor) shows the figure of IDR 14,164. Rupiah strengthened 0.1% compared to the previous day’s position.
The country’s currency also strengthened in the spot market arena, although it was relatively limited. At 10:04 WIB, US $ 1 was equivalent to Rp.14,090 in which the rupiah had strengthened 0.07%.
In line with the rupiah, the majority of major Asian currencies also strengthened against the US dollar. This time, Malaysian ringgit is the best in Benua Kuning.
