HOG Styria – behavior in the pandemic time

Conduct of the Chapter during the pandemic

We, the members of the motorcycle club Harley Owners Group Styria Chapter, attach great importance to being able to maintain our friendship and hobby, especially in these socially difficult times.
Therefore, we want to meet and organize trips, depending on what is legally possible. At the same time, we are aware that it is the responsibility of each and every one of us to prevent the spread of SARS-COVID-19.
For this reason we have decided to observe the following CODE OF CONDUCT at our meetings and other activities:

Participation in events with conscious symptoms of illness or as a contact person for a sick person, as well as providing incorrect information about the test or vaccination, leads in particularly serious cases (lack of transparency, despite repeated warnings) to exclusion from the chapter!

Behaviour rules:
1. Mask requirement (FFP2) when meeting in a group (when the tour is discussed by the Road Captain; breaks during trips)
2. Distance 2m if in a group during breaks, refueling stops, meetings, etc….
3. If catering is open, a maximum of 2 people at one table
4. For trips with more than 10 participants, or trips with overnight stays, proof of an antigen / rapid test (not older than 48 hours);
5. Desirable: If it can be reconciled with your personal attitude, please let us know whether a chapter member has already been vaccinated.
6. Personal responsibility: Do not take part in trips if you have symptoms (even if you have booked!)
7. In general, the rules and regulations for gastronomy, overnight stays and departure / entry (when crossing the border) must be observed.

Valid until officially revoked.

Gross violations of the rules of conduct result in exclusion from the current tour.
