HJB will provide advice to businesses in the region

The Bernese Jura Hospital (HJB) helps businesses in the region. The institution offers advice on implementing measures to prevent the spread of Covid-19. The concept was presented Friday morning at Moutier hospital. It was initiated by the Public Economy Chamber of the Bernese Jura (CEP). For Patrick Linder, the director of the CEP, the service responds to an important demand:

Act in three phases

Concretely, the HJB specialists will proceed in three phases. First, they will study the documents and strategy of the companies already in place. Second, they will visit workstations and third, they will conduct a debriefing and suggest improvements. Alain Kenfak Foguena, the medical director of the HJB explains how his staff will do it:

The human in the center

Important aspect not to be overlooked, according to Alain Kenfak Foguena, the human must be placed at the center of the measures to be taken. Otherwise, they simply risk being ineffective as the doctor indicates:

A model for the future

In order to provide the services, HJB specialists will go directly to the companies. An exit from the walls that foreshadows the future of a hospital model that will have to evolve. The director of the HJB Dominique Sartori made a point of emphasizing this point:

Note that the basic service costs 3,500 francs. The HJB can only provide this service to one company per week. / jrg
