Another 5% of the campaign is made up of residential and rustic land (mostly located in Almería, La Rioja, Lleida and Murcia), while most of the premises and offices that HipoGes has launched on the market are located in Alicante, Almería, Guadalajara, La Rioja, Madrid, Malaga, Murcia, Tarragona and Valencia.
In general terms, the autonomous communities with the highest number of properties are the Valencian Community (100), Andalusia (43), Castilla y León (40) Castilla-La Mancha (35), La Rioja (10).
The real estate servicer undertakes to analyze the offers of the interested parties within a maximum period of one week and will be in charge of assuming the notary expenses that the operation entails and that are assigned to the value of the property.
